إِنَّمَا تَتَبَيَّنُ فَضِيلَةُ الشَّيْءِ بِثَمْرَتِهِ وَفَائِدَتِهِ
Indeed, the virtue of a thing is demonstrated by its outcome and benefit.
وَفَائِدَتِهِ — and its benefit. 'wa-' = 'and'; '-hi' = 'its'.

الفَائِدَةِ — benefit. A definite noun, 'the benefit', the thing measured as little. It carries the owned-by ending because the describing words before it set up a 'whose benefit is...' possessive frame around it.
