إلا أنك شكوتَ من إطالته بالأحاديث المسندة التي لا تليق به وبكلامٍ عن بعض المذكورين كثير قليل الفائدة،
However, you complained about its excessive length due to the chained hadiths that do not suit it, and about speech from some of the mentioned people that is lengthy but of little benefit.
أَنَّكَ — you. An emphasis particle of the 'that...' family with 'you' attached as its subject, turning the coming clause into a solid 'that you...' that the sentence can lean on. It forces its subject into a set ending and presents the complaint as established fact.

أَنتَ — are you. A standalone 'you' (masculine singular) pronoun. Arabic usually buries 'you' inside the verb, so spelling it out as a separate word adds weight and here opens a pointed question fixed on the listener: 'are YOU...?'
