  Imagine a balance with a clear tongue and two pans; it does not wrong the weight of an atom.

  مِثْقَالَ — weight. 'the weight of', accusative as the object of 'wrong', head of an 'of' pairing with 'an atom' — 'the weight OF a speck'. The idiom 'mithqala dharra' is the tiniest amount.

  No one will remain on the face of the earth with an atom's weight of goodness or faith in their heart except that the wind will take their soul.

  مِثْقَالُ — an atom's weight of. This is 'weight' and heads a possessive — 'weight OF an atom', i.e. the tiniest amount. It is the delayed subject of 'in his heart [is]...', in the nominative. So: no one in whose heart is even an atom's weight of good will survive.
