قَالَ فَتَكَلَّمَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَرُدُّ عَلَى زَيْنَبِ،
He said, and then Aisha spoke, replying to Zaynab.
زَيْنَبِ — Zaynab. A proper name standing as the object the preposition points to, so it carries the genitive ending every preposition forces on the noun after it. It names the person being answered.
