يَغْدُو عَلَيَّ الْخُبْزُ مِنْ خَابِزٍ لَا يَقْبَلُ الرَهْنَ وَلَا يَنْسَى،
Bread comes to me in the morning from a baker who neither accepts pledges nor overlooks debts.
خابزٍ — a baker. An indefinite noun built from a verb (a doer-noun, 'a baker'), the source of the bread. Sitting after the preposition it takes the genitive ending, and being indefinite it reads 'a baker', a non-specific one whose description follows.
