الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي سَاقَ سَحَّابَ الشَّهْوَةِ بِرَعْدِ هَوَاءِ مَرْجُوزٍ،
Praise be to God who drove the clouds of desire with the thunder of a banished wind.
هَوَاءِ — a wind. The owning half of 'the thunder of a wind'. It stands in the genitive as the completing noun of that 'of' pairing; an adjective will describe it further, extending the imagery of the driven clouds.
