الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي سَاقَ سَحَّابَ الشَّهْوَةِ بِرَعْدِ هَوَاءِ مَرْجُوزٍ،
Praise be to God who drove the clouds of desire with the thunder of a banished wind.
مَرْجُوزٍ — banished. An adjective 'banished / driven off', describing 'a wind'. It agrees with its noun in being indefinite and genitive (audible -in tanween), the way an Arabic adjective copies its noun's case and definiteness within the imagery.
