How to say “clouds” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي سَاقَ سَحَّابَ الشَّهْوَةِ بِرَعْدِ هَوَاءِ مَرْجُوزٍ،
Praise be to God who drove the clouds of desire with the thunder of a banished wind.
سَحَّابَ — clouds. A noun 'clouds', the direct object of 'drove', hence accusative (the audible -a ending). It heads an 'of' pairing with 'desire' next, a metaphor 'clouds of desire', and takes its definiteness from that owner.
