فَقَالَ إِنِّي مِنْ بَيْنِهِمْ لَضَلِيعٌ
He said, "I am indeed one of them, an expert."
بَيِّنِهِمْ — among them. A noun carrying the owner ending '-hum' (them) and governed by the preceding 'from', hence genitive: 'among them'. The suffix points back to the group the speaker claims to belong to.
