وَهَذَا الَّذِي فِي هَذِهِ التَّوْرَاةِ الَّتِي بِأَيْدِيهِمْ غَلَطٌ مِنْهُمْ،
And what is in this Torah that is in their hands is an error from them.
غَلَطٌ — an error. The predicate of the equational sentence, the noun 'an error', delivering the verdict on 'this'. It carries the indefinite -un ending (audible tanween): 'this ... is an error'. No 'to be' verb is needed; the noun directly answers the subject 'this'.
