Mathematical wisdom contains truths from geometric and arithmetic concepts, and the like.
وَحِسَابٍ — and arithmetic. Joined by 'wa-', this shares the genitive of 'natures', adding 'arithmetic / calculation' to the list. Coordinated nouns match in case, so it wears the same ending. The two together are the solid core of mathematical learning.

حِسَابٍ — reckoning. An indefinite noun (no al-) carrying the genitive ending because the 'without' phrase before it governs it. Leaving it indefinite makes it sweeping: not 'without the reckoning' but 'without any reckoning at all'.
