وَعَلَّقَ الْفَلَّاحُ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالتَّقْوَى فَعَقَلَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
The successful person ascribed it to patience and piety, and the believers understood that from him.
الْمُؤْمِنُونَ — the believers. A definite plural doer-noun ('the believers') standing as the doer of 'understood', in the nominative. Its sound-plural ending is the subject shape, marking who did the understanding.
