How to say “certainty” in Arabic, with pronunciation and real example sentences from OpenArabic texts.
ولا يزيدُ الإيمانَ علمًا ولا يقينًا؛ بل قد يفتحُ بابَ التخييلِ والبدع
and it neither increases faith in knowledge nor certainty; rather, it may open the door to delusion and innovations.
يَقِينًا — certainty. 'in certainty', another specifying accusative paired with 'knowledge' — 'nor certainty-wise'. Same accusative-of-respect marking the dimension of the absent increase.

And they removed it from the guardianship of certainty.
الْيَقِينِ — the certainty. This noun closes the 'of' chain as its owner: 'guardianship of the certainty'. It carries 'the' and sits in the genitive to show it possesses the guardianship. The pairing makes certainty the thing that ought to hold authority here.
