وتجئ فتن يرقق بعضها بعضاً،
And trials will come that make the previous ones seem lighter.
وَتَجِيءُ — And will come. This is wa- (and) on a present-tense verb, 'and come', with the 'they/it' subject inside. The present form projects the events forward as things that will come; the verb leads its subject, which follows as the next word.
From: A Prophet Warns His People →وتجئ الفتنة فيقول المؤمن هذه مهلكتي، ثم تنكشف؛
And a trial will come, and the believer will say: 'This is my destruction,' then it will pass;
وَتَجِيءُ — And will come. This is wa- (and) on a present-tense verb, 'and comes', with a built-in 'it' subject. The present form projects the trial as a coming event; the verb stands before its subject in normal Arabic order.
