غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَسَمَّتْ لَكَ ٱلرَّجُلَ الَّذِي كَانَ مَعَ الْعَبَّاسِ
However, he said, 'Did she name for you the man who was with al‑Abbas?'
أَسَمَّتْ — did she name. A completed past verb shaped for a feminine 'she' ('did she name'), with a question marker fused to its front; the prefix carries the interrogation. The feminine subject is built into the verb.
