من عظم وقار الله فِي قلبه أَن يعصيه، وقّره الله فِي قُلُوب الْخلق أَن يذلّوه
Whoever holds Allah's reverence so great in his heart that it prevents him from disobeying Him, Allah will place such reverence in the hearts of people that they will not humiliate him.
يَعْصِيَهُ — disobeying Him. Present-form verb 'disobey', 'he' form, in the subjunctive after 'an'; the ending '-hu' adds 'Him' — 'that he disobey Him'.

The wise one is he who reflects on his beginning and his end, and feels shy before Allah to disobey Him,
يَعْصِيَهُ — to disobey Him. A present-tense verb in the subjunctive shape, forced by the goal-particle before it, with an attached 'him' as its object pointing back to God: to disobey Him. The clipped ending marks the subjunctive; the suffix marks God as the one disobeyed.
