من عظم وقار الله فِي قلبه أَن يعصيه، وقّره الله فِي قُلُوب الْخلق أَن يذلّوه
Whoever holds Allah's reverence so great in his heart that it prevents him from disobeying Him, Allah will place such reverence in the hearts of people that they will not humiliate him.
الْخَلْقِ — of the people. al- = 'the'; khalq means 'creation', here 'people' — the 'of…' word: 'of the people'.

Nothing from the speech of creation resembles it, nor can the entire creation produce anything like it.
الخَلْقِ — the creation. Owner in 'speech of creation,' in the -i form. A single collective word covers all created beings, set in contrast against the uncreated speech of God.

Nothing from the speech of creation resembles it, nor can the entire creation produce anything like it.
الخَلْقُ — the creation. Now the doer of 'is able' finally appears, closing on -u. Holding the subject back to the end, after its object, throws the spotlight onto 'creation' — all of it, as the next word stresses.

الْخَلْقَ — creation. This noun 'the creation' is the direct object of 'opposed', carrying the object ending, made definite by 'the'. It names what was opposed, completing the clause.

The ninth point is that there is no connection between reflecting on the origin of his creation and the return of the water to the urethra after it has exited.
خَلْقِهِ — of his creation. This verbal noun names creation as a thing, with an attached possessive pronoun, so 'his creation'. It is the owned half of the pairing begun by the previous word, and the owner pronoun is glued onto its back in the usual Arabic way.

There is neither devotion to the Creator nor benevolence to the creation.
لِلْخَلْقِ — to the creation. This noun has the preposition 'for/to' fused to its front and carries 'the', so 'for the Creator'. The preposition marks toward whom the sincerity would be owed, governing the noun into the prepositional form.

خَلَائِقٍ — some people. This noun, throngs, is in the genitive after the viewpoint preposition and indefinite, and it heads a partitive phrase with the next preposition. It names the multitudes in whose eyes the stain appears.

الْخَلْقِ — of creation. The owning half of 'dwellings of creation', in the genitive because it completes the possessive pairing. The 'the' makes it definite, and the ending and order carry the 'of' with no separate word, naming whose dwellings the earth became.

خَلْقِي — My creation. This noun pairs with the attached 'my' as its owner, 'My creation', the created beings belonging to God. It sits in the genitive because the preposition 'between' governs it, completing the final relationship.

And as for the one that is between you and My creation, it is that you treat people as you would love for them to treat you.
خَلْقِي — My creation. This noun pairs with the attached 'my' as its owner, 'My creation', the created people belonging to God. It sits in the genitive because the preposition 'between' governs it, completing the relationship phrase.

The first of their punishments is that they turn away from the truth, becoming preoccupied with people.
بالخلق — with people. The bi- preposition marks what the preoccupation is with, taking the noun into the genitive, and the al- makes that noun definite ('the people' as a known whole). Together they complete the circumstantial phrase by naming exactly what fills the attention that was pulled from the truth.

And I saw many people whom youth had deceived,
خلقًا — people. A noun used collectively for a mass of people, set in the object (accusative) form because it is what the verb 'saw' acts upon. Its ending flags it as the direct object, the crowd observed, and the following adjective will describe how numerous it is.

Meaning, let him look with thought and reasoning to know that He who began his creation from a sperm-drop is able to resurrect him.
خَلْقِهِ — his creation. The owner half of the pair, fused with '-hi' for 'his creation', the '-hi' pointing back to man; it carries the possessor ending and feeds 'first' before it. Juxtaposition plus suffix builds 'the first of his creation'.

Meaning, He is capable of returning him to Him on the Day of Resurrection just as He is capable of creating him from water. This is the correct interpretation of the verse.
خَلْقِهِ — creating him. A verbal-noun (the act of 'creating' frozen into a noun) fused with '-hi' for 'creating him', the '-hi' pointing to man; it sits in the form 'upon' governs. The noun-form lets the action be the object of the ability.
