لِأَنَّهُ يَبْعُدُ أَنْ يُفْهَمَ الْمَقْصُودُ مِنْ وَضْعِ الْهَوَى فِي النَّفْسِ

يَبْعُدُ — it is unlikely. Present-tense verb, subject 'it' built in — 'it is far-fetched'.

بَعْدَ — after. 'after' — accusative time-adverb, head of an 'of' pairing with 'that'.

بَعْدَ — after. A time-word 'after', frozen in the accusative and governing what follows in the genitive — 'after that…'. It sets the assault in sequence: only once the Protector withdrew.

If you imagined the closeness of loved ones, you would hold a funeral for your distance.
بُعْدِكِ — your distance. 'Distance / remoteness' with '-ki' (your, feminine) attached, genitive after 'for' — 'your being far'. What you would mourn: your own distance from them.

بُعْدُهَا — after it. A noun 'what-comes-after' with a feminine 'it' ending, 'its aftermath'. The attached possessor reaches back to the evil deed, naming the further evil that follows it.
