تَصُدُّهُ — divert it. A present-tense verb meaning 'divert', with its 'they/it' subject understood from the list of subjects that comes later, and -hu 'it' attached as object, 'divert it'. The 'it' points back to the heart; the real doers are the things named after the verb.
