وَإِذا تعرفوا إِلَى مُلُوكهمْ وكبرائهم وتقربوا إِلَيْهِم لينالوا بهم الْعِزَّة والرفعة فتعرف أَنْت إِلَى الله وتودد إِلَيْهِ
And if they seek to know their kings and leaders and draw close to them to obtain honor and elevation through them, you seek to know God and draw close to Him.
وَالرِّفْعَةَ — and elevation. A second object joined by 'and', keeping the accusative as another thing 'obtained'. It names being raised in rank, paired with 'honor' as the worldly goal.

In doing so, you achieve the ultimate honor and elevation.
وَالرِّفْعَةِ — and elevation. A second owner joined by 'and', still genitive, sharing the 'utmost of'. So the prize is the summit of honor 'and' of elevation together, far surpassing what the courtiers won.
