وأحلام السباع لا يعرفون معروفاً ، ولا ينكرون منكراً،
with the minds of predators—they neither recognize good nor reject evil,
مُنْكَرًا — evil. This is the object of 'reject', in the accusative — 'what is wrong / evil', a passive participle used as a noun: the morally rejected. So they neither acknowledge good nor denounce evil — utterly indifferent.
From: The Return of Jesus →ثم ينسى ما بعد الموت من أهوال القبر وسؤال منكر ونكير،
Then forgets what comes after death: the horrors of the grave and the questioning by Munkar and Nakir,
مُنْكَرٍ — Munkar. The first owner in the 'questioning of Munkar and Nakir' pair, a proper name. Because it is a name it is already definite, so the chain reads as the questioning carried out by this angel.
