If the path becomes heavy, remember that fatigue is a sign of life, and that the light of guidance appears in places of resistance.
التَّعَبَ — fatigue. 'al-' = 'the'; 'ta'ab' = 'fatigue'. The '-a' ending is the object form after 'anna'.

بِتَعَبٍ — with fatigue. The preposition 'bi-' (with / by means of) on a noun, forcing the genitive, marking the cost at which the overcoming can occur: with fatigue. It opens the short pair that completes the 'only by...' clause.
