إذا ثَقُل الطريق، فتذكر أنّ التعب علامة حياة، وأن نور الهداية يظهر في مواضع المقاومة
If the path becomes heavy, remember that fatigue is a sign of life, and that the light of guidance appears in places of resistance.
نُورَ — the light. 'nur' = 'light'; first half of an 'of' phrase: 'the light of...'; the '-a' ending is the object form after 'anna'.

نُورًا — a light. Indefinite noun, 'a light', the object of 'makes', in the object form with an indefinite ending. Metaphorically it is guidance; the indefinite marks it as something newly granted.

نُورٌ — a light. Indefinite noun, 'a light', the delayed subject of 'came', in the subject form with an indefinite ending. The indefinite presents it as something newly arriving; verb-first order placed it after its verb.

نُورًا — a light. The predicate of the 'to be' verb, the noun 'a light', telling what their clothing was. Its accusative -an ending (audible tanween) marks it as the description following the past 'to be' verb: 'their clothing was a light'.
