حتى يصير شيخًا مهينا، ثم يصير إلى الموت، فيصير جيفة منتنة
until he becomes a feeble old man, then he reaches death, becoming a decayed corpse.
مُهِينًا — feeble. An adjective describing the old man as lowly and weak. In Arabic the adjective trails its noun and copies its indefinite ending, so its bare form simply echoes the noun it modifies.
