حتى يصير شيخًا مهينا، ثم يصير إلى الموت، فيصير جيفة منتنة
until he becomes a feeble old man, then he reaches death, becoming a decayed corpse.
مُنْتِنَةً — decayed. An adjective describing the carcass as rotting and foul. It trails its noun and copies the noun's indefinite ending, agreeing with it rather than standing alone.
