وَلَوْ زَالَ رَيْنُ الْهَوَى عَنْ بَصَرِ بَصِيرَتِهِ لَرَأَى أَنَّهُ قَدْ شَقِيَ مِنْ حَيْثُ قَدَّرَ السَّعَادَةَ وَاغْتَمَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ ظَنَّ الْفَرَحَ وَأَلِمَ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَرَادَ اللَّذَّةَ
If the veil of desire were lifted from the eyes of his insight, he would see that he is miserable where he thought he was happy, grieved where he thought he was joyous, and in pain where he sought pleasure.
السَّعَادَةَ — the happiness. Object of 'reckoned', so accusative; the 'the' makes it happiness as such.

If you waste it, you waste your happiness and salvation.
سَعَادَتَكَ — your happiness. The object of 'you waste', in the accusative, with 'your' fused on. What is squandered along with the time is named directly: your very happiness.

It is a craft and a livelihood through which a person attains happiness and worldly success.
السَّعَادَةَ — happiness. This is the object of 'attains', in the accusative — 'happiness / felicity'. The accusative marks it as the thing gained. It pairs with the coordinated noun next as a two-part object.
