أُطْلِقَ ذَمُّ الْهَوَى وَالشَّهَوَاتِ لِعُمُومِ غَلَبَةِ الضَّرَرِ

الضَّرَرِ — of harm. 'al-' = 'the'; the 'of' word (genitive).
