Indeed, Ata ibn Yasar would narrate to us, to Abu Hazim and me, until he made us cry, then he would narrate until he made us laugh,
حَازِمٍ — Hazim. The second part of the two-word name 'Abu Hazim', the owned term. It takes the genitive as the second noun in the 'father of Hazim' pairing, set directly beside the first with no separate 'of'. The name as a whole is part of the apposition naming the audience.
