وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ الْحَرْبُ بَيْنَ دَاءِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ نَوْبًا فَهُوَ مُتَرَدِّدٌ بَيْنَ الصِّحَّةِ وَالْمَرَضِ
And among them are those for whom the struggle between his disease and his strength is in bouts, so he is wavering between health and illness.
دَاءِهِ — his disease. A noun with the owner ending '-hi' (his), governed by 'between' so it carries the genitive. It is the first of the two parties: his disease.
