Arabic vocabulary
How to say “I will certainly remain with” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقُلْتُ لَأَلْزَمَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،
So I said, "I will certainly remain with the Messenger of God, may God send blessings and grant him peace."
لَأَلْزَمَنَّ — I will certainly remain with. An emphasis-'la' front plus a heavy 'definitely' ending wrap this verb in a strong vow, 'I will absolutely stay with'. That front-and-back emphasis pattern is how Arabic marks a firm oath-like resolve.
