فاجعل في كفّتك ما يثبت أمام الحقّ، لا ما يطير مع أول نفخة ريح
so place in your scale what stands firm before the truth, not what flies away with the first gust of wind.
أَمَامَ — against. 'before, in front of' — accusative adverb of place, head of an 'of' pairing with 'truth'.
From: When Hidden Deeds Are Shown →فَجعل يذكر الرصد فيسير أَمَامه
He kept remembering the watch so he walked ahead of him.
أَمَامَهُ — ahead of him. A place-adverb 'in front of' with '-hu' (him) attached, frozen in the accusative — 'ahead of him', the Prophet. The accusative marks position, no separate 'in front of' word needed.
