لَو استنشقت ريح الأسحار لأفاق مِنْك قَلْبك المخمور
If you inhaled the dawn breeze, your intoxicated heart would awaken.
اسْتَنْشَقْتَ — you inhaled. A past-tense (form X) verb 'breathed in / drew in the scent' with the '-ta' (you) ending. Under 'law', 'were you to breathe in'.

وَاسْتَنْشَقُوا — and inhale. The connector 'and' joined to a past-tense verb, 'they breathed in', with a plural 'they' subject built into its ending. The verb's inner shape carries a 'sought out the scent' sense.
