وأما إذا رأيناه يتعلم فهل يمنع فيه وجهان
As for if we see him learning, should we prevent him? There are two views.
يَتَعَلَّمُ — he learns. A Form V verb — the 'do-to-oneself' pattern — so 'he learns / teaches himself.' After 'we see him' it works as the second object: what we catch him doing. Present tense pictures it in progress.
