How to say “loads” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
أرسل إليه ملك من ملوك اليونان بقناطير من الذهب حتى يسير إليه فأبى،
A king from among the kings of Greece sent to him loads of gold so that he would come to him, but he refused.
بِقَناطِيرَ — with loads. The 'bi-' marks what was sent along, 'with loads', and governs the genitive; the noun is a plural that keeps a fixed shape in this slot. It shows the gold-loads as the accompanying gift.
