لِقَائِكَ — to meet you. A verbal noun 'meeting' with '-ka' (you) attached, genitive after 'to' — 'to meeting You'. The encounter the heart races toward.

As Allah, the Exalted, said: 'So whoever hopes for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work and not associate anyone in the worship of his Lord.'
لِقَاءَ — meeting. The first noun of an 'X of Y' chain, 'the meeting of his Lord'. Its ending marks it the thing hoped for, and it gives up its own 'the' because the owner that follows supplies definiteness.
