الرِّجَالِ — men?. A definite plural noun, 'men', completing the 'opinions of men' pair and genitive as the owner. The pairing makes the opinions merely human, set against the Lord they are vainly offered against. The contrast, men's opinions versus God, is the point of the whole question.
