الاِعْتِدَالَ — moderation. 'moderation, balance', accusative because 'anna' governs its subject so; a form-VIII verbal noun.

A person looks at the beauty of his appearance and the harmony of his form, and he rejoices in them and boasts,
وَاعْتِدَالِ — and the harmony. Joined by 'and', this noun opens a second possessive pair, 'the balance of his build', parallel to the first. As another object of the same gaze it links straight onto the noun after it with no word for 'of'.
