وَهُوَ اِسْمُ اِبْنِ صَيَّادٍ ـ هَذَا مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
And he is called Ibn Sayyad — this is Muhammad, may God send blessings upon him and grant him peace.
اِسْمُ — name. A noun heading a 'name of' pairing, standing as the predicate equated with the pronoun 'he'. As the head it leans onto the following name-phrase to complete 'the name of so-and-so', taking its definiteness from that owner.
