وَقَد تَقَدّم مَا ذكره الْمَشَايِخ من نفي التَّشْبِيه والتعطيل

نَفْيِ — negation. 'the negating of', genitive after 'min' and head of an 'of' pairing with 'likening' — 'the denial OF tashbih'. The verbal noun packs the whole act of ruling something out.

النَّفْيَ — exile. The object of 'held [the view of]', accusative ('-a'), definite — banishing him. The second proposal.

But it has not occurred, nor is it customary, and it is not something people have discussed, either in negation or affirmation.
نَفْيًا — negation. This noun 'negation/denial' is in the object-style ending used adverbially, 'by way of denying'. Arabic puts such a noun in the object ending to mark the manner of an action, here the mode in which people might have discussed it.
