ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ سُبْحَانَهُ الْمُقْسَمَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ ﴿إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ﴾
Then He, Glory be to Him, mentioned what was sworn upon and said, 'Indeed, it is the word of a noble Messenger.'
كَرِيمٍ — noble. A describing word 'noble' for the preceding 'messenger', agreeing with it as an indefinite genitive. Arabic makes a descriptor match its noun in case and definiteness, so it too is genitive and indefinite.

كَرِيمٍ — noble. An adjective 'noble', describing the Messenger. Arabic adjectives follow their noun and copy its definiteness and grammatical form; this one is indefinite and carries the owner-form ending to match the noun it modifies, so the agreement marks which word it describes.
