وَإِن عمل حَسَنَة رَآهَا من منّته وصدقته عَلَيْهِ،
And if he performs a good deed, he sees it as from His favor and charity upon him,
عَلَيْهِ — upon him. ala = 'upon, on'; the ending '-hi' adds 'him' — together 'upon him'.
