One is that it is the established method in the Quran to infer the resurrection from the creation.
بِالمَبْدَأ — from the creation. This fuses 'with/by' onto 'the starting-point/creation', genitive after the preposition. It marks the basis of the inferring, 'by means of the origin', the thing reasoned from. The contracted spelling drops a final vowel-mark before the next word.
