ثم ذكر الأمر المستدل عليه والمعاد بقوله ﴿إِنَّهُ عَلَى رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ﴾
Then, the matter being inferred and returned to is mentioned by His saying, 'Indeed, He is Able to bring him back.'
وَالمَعَادَ — and returned. This joins 'and' to 'the return/resurrection', a second object coordinate with 'the matter', in the object ending and definite. It names the other thing mentioned, the resurrection, paired by 'and' with the inferred matter.

المَعَادِ — resurrection. This is the owner noun 'the resurrection/return' in the genitive forced by the preposition before it, made definite by 'the'. It names the conclusion the reasoning aims at.
