ثم ذكر الأمر المستدل عليه والمعاد بقوله ﴿إِنَّهُ عَلَى رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ﴾
Then, the matter being inferred and returned to is mentioned by His saying, 'Indeed, He is Able to bring him back.'
المُسْتَدَلَّ — being inferred. This is a passive participle 'inferred/argued-for', used as an adjective describing 'the matter', in the object ending to agree with it. Built on the passive sense, it means 'the thing reasoned toward'; it governs a 'on it' phrase that follows.
