Guidance on the Day of Resurrection is to the path of Paradise, and it is the path that leads to it.
الصِّرَاطُ — the path. A definite noun ('the path') serving as the comment that identifies what 'it' is. Arabic forms 'it is the path' by placing the pronoun and this noun together, with no verb 'is'. The al- marks it as the specific, known path.
