وَأَخْبِرْهُ أَنَّهُ مَعَهُمْ بِهِدَايَتِهِ وَنَصْرِهِ الْعَزِيزِ وَفَتْحِهِ الْمُبِينِ
And inform him that He is with them by His guidance, and His mighty help, and His clear victory.
بِهِدَايَتِهِ — by His guidance. The bi- prefix marks the means ('by/through') and the attached ending names the owner ('His') of the guidance. Together they show the instrument by which the togetherness is realized, with the possessor reaching back to the divine subject.
From: Patience and God's Help →الْهِدَايَةُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى طَرِيقِ الْجَنَّةِ، وَهُوَ الصِّرَاطُ الْمُوَصِّلُ إِلَيْهَا،
Guidance on the Day of Resurrection is to the path of Paradise, and it is the path that leads to it.
الْهِدَايَةُ — the guidance. A definite noun ('the guidance') marked by al-, standing as the subject that opens the sentence. It is the topic the rest of the line will locate and define. The al- gives 'the' without a separate word and frames it as the known subject.
