• فَأَخْبِرْ النَّبِيَّ أَنَّ الصِّدْقَ يَسْتَلْزِمُ الْبِرَّ

  So inform the Prophet that truthfulness entails righteousness.

  فَأَخْبِرْ — so inform. The 'so/then' prefix draws a consequence and sits on a command verb 'inform'. The verb is a bare command, trimmed to its short shape with the 'you' addressee understood, so it issues an order.

• وَأَخْبِرْهُ أَنَّهُ مَعَهُمْ بِهِدَايَتِهِ وَنَصْرِهِ الْعَزِيزِ وَفَتْحِهِ الْمُبِينِ

  And inform him that He is with them by His guidance, and His mighty help, and His clear victory.

  وَأَخْبِرْهُ — and inform him. Three pieces in one word: wa- 'and' joins this to the prior clause, the core is a command form (do this!), and the final ending is the person commanded to act on ('him'). The bare command shape is how Arabic gives an order without any helper word.

  أَخْبِرْنِي — Tell me. A command form built on the 'inform' pattern (a causative shape, 'make-known'), with the object pronoun '-ni' (me) attached, 'tell me'. The verb holds its 'you' subject inside and the cushioning '-ni' supplies 'me'. One word is the whole order plus its 'me' object.

  فَأخْبر — then tell us. A 'then/so' is fused to a command form telling someone to report; the 'you' addressee is built into the imperative. The 'then' chains the order onto the prior speech. The command then sets up the following phrase to say what should be reported.
