وَأَتَى بِهَا عَلَى نَسْقِ الْقِرَاءَةِ لِهَا لَا مُقَدَّمًا وَلَا مُؤَخَّرًا،
And he presented them according to the pattern of their recitation, neither earlier nor later.
نَسْقِ — pattern. A noun 'pattern/sequence', governed by the preceding preposition so it carries the genitive, and the head of a possessive pairing with 'the recitation' that follows. It names the order he matched, 'the pattern of the recitation'.
