ومن نسي صلاةً من الخمسِ ولم يدرِ عينَها، لزِمَه الإتيانُ بجميعِ الخمسِ،
If someone forgets one of the five prayers and does not know which, they must perform all five.
الإِتْيَانُ — to perform. An action-noun, 'the doing / performing,' the subject of 'bound him' (the -u). It is the duty imposed: carrying out — what exactly is marked by 'with all' next.
