وَقَوله النَّحْل وَلَا تحزن عَلَيْهِم وَلَا تَكُ فِي ضيق مِمَّا يمكرون
And His saying in An-Nahl: 'Do not grieve over them and do not be in distress from what they plot.'
يَمْكُرُونَ — they plot. Present-tense verb, 'they plot', with the plural 'they' built into its ending. It heads the 'what they plot' clause; the present form marks ongoing scheming.
